How to Stretch Your Grocery Dollars

Develop a Budget and create a grocery list to coincide with your paycheck. Plan Dinner Menu for the month and buy food for breakfast, lunch and only those things needed to 2 weeks on the menu. Do this every 2 weeks. This prevents you from just grabbing stuff off the shelfs and wondering what to cook each night or from over buying. Take inventory of the items you need, and need to replace like sugar, salt, pepper, ect….. Use lots of coupons for only those items on your grocery list. Limit or delete TV dinners or other pre-made meals. Use left overs to create new meals.
My grocery budget is $200.00 every 2 weeks for a family of 3.
